re: March 18-19-20, 2025 Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences
Our Parent/Teacher/Student conferences will be a 15-minute In-Person, Telephone, or Google Meet virtual meeting. Appointments can be booked online athttps://elizabethrummelschool.schoolappointments.com/ (Not Parent Portal).
While virtual options exist, we strongly encourage in-person conferences so your child can personally showcase their classroom work and celebrate their growth with you.
If you created an account back in December for the Parent/Teacher/Student fall Conferences, sign in with your username and password. If you forgot your password, click on Password reset. Otherwise new accounts can be created by clicking the "REGISTER" Tab on the menu bar.
Once you log into your account, select between an In-Person, Telephone or virtual meeting. If you choose a virtual meeting, a link will be emailed to you by Tuesday March 17th. If you choose a telephone appointment, you will be called at the phone number you provided when you created an account.
**The appointment booking system will OPEN on Monday March 9th, 2026 at 9:00am and will CLOSE on Monday March 16th, 2026 at 9:00am**
After Monday March 16 @ 9:00am you will need to email your child’s teacher directly to change or book an appointment.
The appointment dates and times are as follows:
Wed Mar 18 from 4:00pm-7:00pm - Evening Conferences- regular classes during the day
Thurs Mar 19 from 4:00pm-7:00pm- Evening Conferences- regular classes during the day
Fri Mar 20 from 8:00am-12:00pm - Morning Conferences- No classes all day
